Perhaps one of the most common mistakes I see..
Especially when doing hinging movements (sending hips back & pretending like you’re going to sit) is keeping your head up.
Doing this every now and then isn’t inherently “bad” but keeping this on repeat will catch up to you and eventually you’ll start feeling those little nicks in places you normally wouldn’t expect.
You want to make sure you practice solid form especially before moving up in weight.
By doing so you will prevent unnecessary injury along with developing better movement patterns which in return can produce better strength gains aka- TURNING YOU INTO A WEIGHT LOSS MACHINE (as long as your nutrition is in check)..
