Blended Bistro recently opened their third Orlando area location in Kissimmee, FL and I am so excited to have a location that’s closer to me! They have an amazing variety of boba teas but the food is not to be slept on! Their chicken wings truly surprised me and are definitely a must try. 🍓STRAWBERRY CHIPS & SALSA 🍓 We’ve seen the viral “strawberry chips and salsa” all over the internet and decided to put our own spin on it! This is such an easy and fun snack idea. Freeze the chocolate ahead of time so you can serve the salsa fresh! Ingredients: 2 bags chocolate chips 1 Tbsp coconut oil 16 oz Bobalu strawberries, washed with stems removed 2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp honey Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and add coconut oil. Heat for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Keep repeating this process until the chocolate is smooth and heated through. Using a vegetable chopper or just a knife, dice the berries into very small pieces. You want these to be bite sized. Add to a bowl with sugar and honey and mix well. Set aside. When you are ready to serve, pull the chocolate from the freezer. Gently use your hands to break it up into small pieces that resemble the size of a chip.
