Adult acne can hit at anytime, but it is common to see it during perimenopause. Changes in our hormones can leave our skin more susceptible to acne. I’m a fan of coupling DIM with Sulforaphane and Calcium D-Glucarate. That way you have full estrogen support without getting crazy on phase 1 liver detox alone, which can make you feel awful. Now DIM can also keep those androgens from getting crazy with the oil production & doing what androgens do.
