It’s creamy, delicious, and packs a big flavor; plus, it comes together in just 10 minutes. If you’re looking for the perfect dish to bring to a potluck or holiday gathering, look no further! Here’s everything you need to make this Italian-inspired fondue: 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 tablespoon dairy-free butter (or cooking oil of choice) 1 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (4oz.) Italian lager-style beer at room temperature 1/2 cup (4oz.) vegetable broth 7 oz. GOOD PLANet Italian-style olive oil mozzarella block cheese, grated. 1/2 tablespoon grainy mustard, to taste 2 oz diced sun-dried tomatoes Fresh basil, to taste Fresh parsley, to taste Pepper, if needed to taste 1. In a medium pot over medium heat, add in the dairy-free butter. Once melted, add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. 2. Add in the flour and mix it through until everything is evenly coated. Cook for about 1 minute. 3. Pour in the beer, vegetable broth, and mustard and mix until uniform. Bring the mixture to a boil. 4. Once simmering, slowly begin to add the GOOD PLANeT cheese a little at a time, stirring well between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and herbs. 5. Adjust the seasonings to taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. INGREDIENTS (4 servings) * 150g cashews boiled and drained (10 min). FONDUE * 135ml white wine * 400-450ml water * 4 tbsp yeast flakes * 2 tbsp canola oil * 30g tapioca starch * 1 tbsp maple syrup * 1 tsp onion granules * 2 tsp garlic granules * 1/2 tsp turmeric * 1 pinch Nutmeg * salt to taste PREPERATION 1️⃣Drain the water from the cashews and put the nuts in a food processor with all the remaining ingredients for the fondue. 2️⃣Mix everything well.
