Here’s everything you need to make this Italian-inspired fondue: 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 tablespoon dairy-free butter (or cooking oil of choice) 1 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (4oz.) Italian lager-style beer at room temperature 1/2 cup (4oz.) vegetable broth 7 oz. GOOD PLANet Italian-style olive oil mozzarella block cheese, grated. 1/2 tablespoon grainy mustard, to taste 2 oz diced sun-dried tomatoes Fresh basil, to taste Fresh parsley, to taste Pepper, if needed to taste 1.
