Have you heard the news?! This massive Dorchester development is coming soon… This 36-acre site will be the combination of 2 giant areas, a 13 block development and an 8 block development. The developers are saying the project is designed to create a balanced neighborhood with a mix of uses that includes affordable housing and prioritizes an inclusive ground floor experience, new pedestrian and bike access, multiple open spaces with different programming opportunities, and flexible retail spaces.  One of the biggest features is taking what is currently mostly open parking lot and turning it into 9 acres of publicly accessible green space.
