He said THIS meal was the reason he fell in love with me 😳 Recipe: Vegetable Chow Mein 2 servings Ingredients: 1 onion, 400g Beansprouts, 410g egg noodles, garlic granules, spring onions Seasoning: - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp msg - optional: 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp chili flakes Cooking Steps: 1. Chop and prepare the vegetables 2. In the wok, heat oil, add sliced onions, garlic granules. Sauté until soft and golden. 3. Add bean sprouts, stir fry for 3-5 mins until the moist comes out. 4. Add egg noodles and toss for 2 mins to get the stir-fried Wok hei. 5. Season the Chow Mein with the seasonings listed above. Stir fry and mix all the ingredients and flavours thoroughly for 2-3 mins. 6. Add spring onions, sesame oil, chili flakes. Toss one more time. Here you go the Vegetable Chow Mein. Enjoy!
