VIDEO EVERY MONTH UNTIL I GET TOO FAT - MONTH 5 Current weight: 77.5kg (170.8lb) Calories: 3010 kcal 415c / 70f / 180p Steps: 7k per day We are deep in this bulk now and we are finally back at the weight we before we did the initial minicut! This month we are averaging around 77.5kg which is around a 500g gain this month. So weight is pretty close to plateauing on these 3000 calories since I'm not even hitting 10,000 steps a day. I'd probably look at bumping my calories up to around like 3300 calories but for now I might just chill for another month since strength is still going up at a decent pace! Some of you are saying that you think it's time for me to cut but no. You really aren't going to make any progress if you're cutting too often. Just because you see yourself put on a little bit of body fat, doesn't mean you should cut. If you do, honestly, you're probably going to look the exact the same from when you started your bulk, especially if it only has been a couple of months. Just trust the process because this shit takes time. My current plan at the moment is to push my weight past 80kg for the first time in my life, which will probably take another 4 months from now, run a minicut back down to baseline that won't be as aggressive since it'll probably be around the festive season, and then push the next lean bulk to 85kg. To put it into a realistic perspective, this is like a 2 year timeframe. Fitness is an investment, and you'll do much better once you accept that the return is going to be in years, not months.
