Use your height to find the max weight you should regularly ruck with. 5’ to 5’2” —> 45 lbs 5’3” to 5’5” —> 50 lbs 5’6” to 5’8” —> 55 lbs 5’9” to 5’11” —> 60 lbs 6’ to 6’2” —> 65 lbs 6’3” to 6’5” —> 70 lbs 6’5” to 6’7” —> 75 lbs It might feel like we’re getting into the weeds here, but this question impacts a lot of people. Consider that more than 70 percent of Americans are overweight or obese. And rucking is arguably the best exercise tool to help people lose weight.
