How I wish somebody explained how manifestation works years ago. Unless we intend on it, we emanate out the energy of our reality which then brings us back more reality. If we’re stressed, we feel stressed that goes out in the universe and we bring back more proof that we should be stressed. However, if we were sitting around, feeling really successful, that I would go out and we would then attract more reasons to feel successful. However, for stress now, but we want to get successful. We need to learn how to emanate out success, while in the middle of a stressful life. So you need to understand what the energy of success feels like and start practicing it like your life depends on it. However, the brain then gets in the way and then start saying things like I don’t know if this is gonna work in sabotages you. All of that brain stuff needs to be rewritten AK your belief systems need to be dismantled. This is also called rerouting neurotransmitter pathways.if you just eliminate out the energy of success, but you have brain activity that says that it doubts it then that cancels out your energy work altogether and you make not much progress. However, if we manage both things pushing out the energy of where we want to go while being aware and rewriting what the brain is saying it’s a magic combination which is what actually leaves to manifesting stuff.
