TRIATHALON TRAINING DIARIES - so far so good but the bike KILLS me (to put it into perspective, I can run further than I can cycle currently hahaha but I have never practiced cycling EVER so this is very new to me)😂 I do LOVE it though, but I could do with renting a road bike because doing it at the gym gets a bit boring if I was to do anything longer than this.. BUT someone informed me today I can rent one which would be a game changer a so once I get back to Mack's I think that's what I'll do!🤪 I am really enjoying this training though- it feels like I have more passion in general and doing something new and exciting that I've really gotten into!! I still do weight training 2/3x per week and then 1 cycle & 1 run ish but it depends on the week (need atleast 2 rest days so that's the goal) If you have ANY tips at all, I would be so grateful because l'm a newbie🤓🤓 #triathlon #triathlontraining #cyclinglife #cardioworkout #myfitnessjourney #gymrelatable
