TAMARIND BALLS 🤎 so sour, so sweet, so good! For as long as I can remember, I’ve seen these sold in the stores but never tried making them from scratch. It’s so easy and although takes some time to remove the seeds, it’s totally worth it. Ingredients 1 lb sour tamarind 1 cup sugar (for filling) 1/3 cup sugar (for dusting) Directions Remove shell and make sure tiny pieces don’t get left behind! Remove fiber from all fruit, then add sugar. Start massaging and removing seeds as they become easier to grab. Once all seeds are removed massage pulp and sugar until a dough forms. Separate into bite sized balls then coat with sugar. Enjoy immediately or keep in fridge!
