Pancake Board - a perfect Sunday brunch😍 • Ingredients: Pancakes (recipe below) Greek yogurt Healthier ”Nutella” (recipe in my Ebook, link in bio) Peanut Butter Maple Syrup Strawberries Blueberries Raspberries Bananas • Ingredients for the pancakes: 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (3,6 dl / 375g) 2 teaspoons maple syrup or sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cups all purpose (gluten-free) flour mix (1,6 dl) 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined 3. Cook on a non stick skillet for a few minutes on each side 4.
