If you have shoulder pain, do this ONE exercise to get rid of it! 1. Start by lying down with the shoulder that hurts pointed toward the ceiling. 2. Then, bring your head up to your shoulder and give it a good squeeze. 3. Then, bring your shoulder to you neck and squeeze again as hard as you can. 4.
