Full recipe below Ingredients: * 4 cups all-purpose flour * 1/2 cup sugar * 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast * 1 cup warm milk * 2/3 cup pumpkin puree * 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted * 1 teaspoon cinnamon * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 large egg Filling: * 1 cup brown sugar, packed * 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon * 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice * 1 stick unsalted butter, softened. Icing: * 1 cup powdered sugar * 8 oz cream cheese * 1/4 cup brown butter, chilled * 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste * 2 tablespoons heavy cream Instructions: * In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. * In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture, sugar, melted butter, salt, pumpkin puree and egg. Add flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms. * Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes, or until smooth. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 90 minutes, or until doubled in size. * Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. * For the filling, spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. * Roll the dough tightly from the long side, and cut into 12 equal slices.
