RECIPE: 3 oz grilled skirt steak Corn Cotija cheese Sliced avocado Marie's Squeezable Caesar dressing Marinated Red Onions Finely chopped chives Lime Grill the steak for three minutes a side and let rest for a few minutes. Cut the steak into cubes and set aside. Grill the corn for a few minutes, turning the corn until done. Cut the corn off the cob and set aside. Salt your iceberg leaves and add you skirt steak, a handful of corn, a handful of cotija cheese, and a few avocado slices. Squeeze a generous amount of Marie’s Caesar dressing.
