Why I cancelled my Hello Fresh subscription. I LOVED the recipes and convenice but I couldn’t keep letting go of the fact that the produce they send me is rotten or overripe. I would have kept this service if they could guarantee fresh (or even acceptable) produce. I did not have any issues with missing items (only once) or the delivery itself. Not sure if this is a recent issue. I tried for weeks for get a resolution. I was told that my next box was going to be “quality checked” and that someone from the quality team will call me after every new delivery. I asked why every single box isn’t already quality checked and they couldn’t give me an answer (only the generic copy and paste script 🤖 answers). I did not receive a call or a quality checked box. They kept trying to throw discounts my way to stay with them but it’s not about the money - I just want a quality, convenient and “fresh” service so I can make dinner. #hellofresh #badquality #fyp #disappointed #honestreview
