Food that tastes good reheated is an ESSENTIAL meal prep qualification!! This was one of my favs during the summertime when I was a kid 🍅🍝🌱 FULL RECIPE -8-10 chopped ripe tomatoes (I used Roma) -about 10 basil leaves , sliced thinly -2-3 minced garlic cloves -salt to taste -1/2 cup olive oil (I use @graza) -1/4 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan -1 lb pasta (any kind!) -protein of choice (I use Italian chicken sausage) Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and olive oil in a bowl & mix well. Not required, but I highly recommend letting this mixture sit for at least an hour for more flavor😊 Cook & drain pasta and combine with tomato mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well. Cook chicken sausage (you can also combine this with the pasta if you want).
