Healthy & delicious 😊✨🩵 Chicken: -Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, smoke paprika, chili powder & cumin -Air fry in preheated airfryer on 400 for 14 minutes flipping halfway through Beans: -rinse and drain 1 can of black beans -season with salt, pepper & cumin -cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally Dressing: -1 mini avocado or half a regular avocado -1/2 c Greek yogurt -1 tbsp lime juice -1 clove of garlic -1/4 c cilantro -start with 2 tbsp of water and add more to get to desired consistency -blend in blender or food processor Serve over chopped romaine with corn, tomatoes, onion & jalapeños! This HONEY - LIME chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner to add to your rotation🍋‍🟩🍯 Ingredients: 1 chicken breast thinly sliced Seasoned with: Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper 1 lime juiced 2 tbsp honey For the Cucumber & Avocado Salad: 1/2 cucumber quartered 1 avocado cubed 1/2 red onion sliced 1 tosp honey Salt & pepper to taste 1 lime juiced Minced cilantro For the sides I made white rice and added 1/2 cup to my plate and approximately 1 cup of shredded lettuce. This dinner was SO good I can't wait for you to give it a try 🙌🏼 Notes: slice chicken breast. Season the chicken. On a medium pan on (medium heat) add 1/2 tbsp avocado oil then add chicken once the pan is very hot. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Turn heat down then add lime juice and honey. Allow for it to simmer for another 3-4 min or until sauce turns thick in texture. For the salad cut the veggies add all into a bowl and mix well. Tuscan white bean and chicken sausage skillet! 2 tbsp butter 
1/2 of an onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 lb ground spicy Italian chicken sausage, casings removed 3-4 large leaves of kale, roughly chopped 
⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes marinated in oil, chopped
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried basil S+P, to taste 
15 ounces canned butter beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup bone broth 
1/4 heavy cream 
1/4 cup parmesan cheese 
juice of 1/2 a lemon Fresh parsley, for serving (optional) 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. 2. Stir in garlic and tomato paste, then add your chicken sausage. Cooking, breaking up the sausage, until no longer pink. 3. Stir in kale, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add bone broth and cream. Bring to a simmer; simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow sauce to thicken a bit. Stir in parmesan and lemon juice. MCHICKEN SHAWARMA SHEET PAN DINNER . If you love quick, easy but super flavorful meals, try making this chicken shawarma sheet pan dinner. Grilled chicken is great, but sometimes you dont feel like firing up the grill and this is an incredible way to put your oven to good use for a ridiculously good meal! I paired this up with some oven roasted grilled onions that were unreal, a delicious cucumber yogurt spread, and side salad. You can serve it over rice, in a pita, or if you are keeping things lowcarb, my high protein lowcarb Kaizen rice. . Here is how to make it: 1.Cut 1.5-2lb boneless skinless chicken thighs into strips or chunks. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt, 2 tbsp tomato paste, juice of 1 large lemon, 6 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp thyme or oregano, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, 1/3 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cumin, and a couple pinches salt + pepper. . 2.Mix really well and marinate for at least 2-6 hrs, but ideally overnight. This is important! . 3.When you’re ready to eat, remove chicken from fridge and let it sit at room temp for 30 mins. . 4.Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the chicken to the tray, dont overcrowd the tray. Then cut 2 red onions into wedges and toss around the chicken on the tray. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with about 1/2 tbsp sumac. . 5.Pop into the oven at 400F for 37-40 mins. . 6.Make the cucumber sauce by mixing 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 Persian cucumber finely diced, 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, 1 small shallot finely shredded/processed, juice of half a lemon, a couple pinches salt & pepper. Mix well. . 7.Remove the sheet pan from the oven, then top with a few dollops of the spread, lots of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint would be great here!), diced cucumber, another dusting of sumac, and fresh lemon juice. . You can eat this as is, with rice, quinoa, or if you want to keep it lowcarb, my lowcarb @kaizenfoodco rice. .
