My family now asks me every day what kind of bread we are having. On the menu today is cheddar chive! I think it may be my favorite I added Rhodes frozen dinner rolls to baking dish and in between each roll, added sliced cheddar (I bought pre-sliced and cut them in half so they were the same height as my pan). Then covered in plastic wrap and let rise about 6 hours. Once risen, I topped with one stick of melted salted butter mixed with 1 tablespoons of onion powder. I added lots of chopped chives, then covered with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 for about 30 - 35 minutes. If cheese starts to get too brown before the rolls, cover in foil.
