A winner every. single. time. ⚡️#easyrecipes #garlic #lemon #fyp #learnontiktok #recipesoftiktok 40g butter 6-8 garlic cloves, roughly chopped 1 cup chicken stock (powdered) Juice and zest of one lemon 25g Parmesan cheese, grated 1/3 cup thickened cream 6-8 cubes of frozen spinach or as much fresh as you like (big handful at least) 1kg-1.2kg chicken thighs 3 tbs smokey paprika Sea salt to taste, a big pinch Preheat oven to 170c fan-forced. Melt butter in saucepan on medium. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 mins. Add stock, lemon and Parmesan. Stir. Add cream and spinach and simmer for 5 mins. Place chicken into an oven sage pan and coat in paprika and salt on both sides. Roll thighs back up and pour over sauce. Bake for 50 mins until golden. I decided to double up on reel meals since I’m behind with editing… Loaded Chicken Twice Baked Potato!!! Nuff said. I wish y’all could taste through the screen omg. I tore this meal DOWN ——————————————— RECIPEEEE! If y'all been following me y'all know I do not measure but i'll try my best. Ingredients: - Russet Potatoes - Heavy Cream - Colby Jack Cheese - Seasonings for taste (in step list) - Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Unsalted Butter - Vegetable Oil - Broccoli (optional for filling) - Aluminum Foil - Garlic Paste - Sour Cream - EVOO - Cubed Chicken (cut up breasts or tenderloin) [Baked Potato] * 1st you want to prep your potatoes. You're basically making a baked potato. Take your potatoes (russet) and wash them. Then cover with oil (I used vegetable oil) and individually wrap each potato tightly in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about an hour. * Once potatoes are soft and cooked completely remove the foil and cut down the middle of each potato, hot dog style. Scoop out the inside of the potato and put into an empty mixing bowl. To the mixing bowl you're going to add 1 stick of unsalted melted butter, tbsp of garlic paste, parsley, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic salt, cooked broccoli, 1/2c grated sharp cheddar cheese, pepper, and 2 tbsp sour cream. Mix together and scoop filling back into potatoes. [Sauce] * Add 1 tbsp butter to pan, 1 tsp garlic paste and parsley and melt down. Add about 1cup of heavy cream and let cook for 5 minutes to thicken. Add pepper, onion powder and lawrys seasoning salt to season. Add colby jack cheese (about 1cup) and mix until sauce is thick and consistency you like. [Chicken] * I used chicken beasts and cut into cubes. Add EVOO and seasoned with parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and adobo. 🧑🏽‍🍳 livthepositivefooodie🧑🏽‍🍳 My oven baked chicken recipe with some red pesto thrown into the mix! Served with rice this time instead of spaghetti BUT this would be unreaaaaaaal with some pasta 😮‍💨 My fave thing about this recipe is it’s literally a case of throwing it ALL into an oven dish and letting it cook! That’s it!! Plus the Parmesan sprinkled on top makes it go really crispy and it’s beaut 🥵 Ingredients to serve two: 2 large chicken breasts 2 handful cherry tomatoes 60g reduced fat soft cheese / single cream 2tbsp red pesto 10g Parmesan 200mls chicken stock cube 1tsp paprika, mixed Italian herbs, garlic, salt and pepper To serve: basmati rice and broccoli Method: Preheat your oven to 200, then add your chicken to an oven dish with some oil followed by the cherry tomatoes. Season your chicken with the paprika, mixed Italian herbs, salt and pepper. In a jug, make up the chicken stock and then add in the soft cheese (or cream) and stir until the cheese dissolves. Pour this into the oven dish. Add the pesto in, putting some on the chicken itself and some into the sauce and giving it a stir. Pop this into the oven for 25-30 mins. Make sure tour chicken breast is cooked through and piping hot before serving.
