Say it with me, “It’s going to get worse before it gets better!” If you want to turn your leggy fiddle into a lush and full tree, here’s what you need to do: Step 1: Water your tree with double to amount of Plant Food for 2 to 3 waterings or until you see new growth. (watch the step 1 video for more details). This will give your tree the boost it needs for the best branching results. Step 2: Chop chop chop! If your tree looks like the rescue fiddle here, you’ll probably be left with nothing but the trunk. Not a cute look, but it’s going to get better! Remember, once you cut the trunk it will not grow any taller. So keep that in mind before choosing where you want to chop! Your fiddle leaf fig is going to make a comeback, I can feel it!
