I found the chocolate malt cake recipe on TikTok - credit to @bakewithzoha - and topped it with a chocolate ganache frosting. The chocolate cake recipe I used calls for Olvatine powder. I used Milo powder as a substitute. Mix until well combined and then add in your icing sugar, 1/4 cup at a time. Add in your cream and whisk until smooth.
