🦞 Crawfish farming is a grind that follows a tough but rewarding cycle. It starts with the early season, where we scramble to get everything ready—ponds readied, traps set, and equipment checked. During the peak, we work long days, sometimes even from 5:00am to 10:00pm, packing orders and keeping up with demand. As things slow down, we get a bit of breathing room while the ponds still catch a bit of crawfish. But soon enough, it’s time to drain the ponds and get them ready for next year. We chop, smooth, and plant, prepping for another season of hard work. It’s a cycle we truly love!
