Just go to any park,gym, yoga studio and find the 60 year old still lifting, running jumping making their 30 year old counterparts look like they aren’t trying hard enough. The people who are “doing it” are leaving clues for you to follow. It’s up to you to seek them out. Now I don’t know about you but I’m not trying to be 100 years old and have the last 20 years be miserable. Nah, on my 100th birthday I will climb a mountain, squat 225 for ten reps, travel the world and make passionate love. What will you be doing on your 100th bday?
