If you've been following along for a while now, you may have seen a few versions of Marie the Mushwitch being shown off in photos and videos. I've been experimenting and testing my pattern to try and figure out a way to make this usually low-sew plushie into a no-sew market friendly make. And guess what? I did it! 🎉 Originally, I was going to release the standard mushroom crochet pattern and then the witch's cap as a mod - what I've decided to do instead is bundle everything together into one pattern with a bunch of different cap options that can be easily swapped out! I am just doing a few final tests and then I should be ready to announce a release date - but expect an October date since it is peak mushroom season, after all! We're getting spooky in here, just in time for another upcoming craft fair! 🖤🦇 I actually saved this pattern aside well over a year ago, when I first started crocheting! At the time, I barely knew how to do a single crochet (working in US terminology) and this felt way too complex, but this week I felt confident enough to take it on. An added challenge for me was that this pattern was in UK terminology, but I'm happy to say I got through it with minimal struggle! So here's my newest crochet friend, a plague doctor!
