At 60 calories and 7 grams of protein per popsicle, theyâre the perfect afternoon snack, nighttime dessert, or even breakfast treat! Ingredients 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1/4 cup almond milk 1 cup mixed berries 1 tbsp honey 1 serving vanilla protein powder, about 39g Instructions * Add the greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla protein powder to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. * Next add the mixed berries to the yogurt mixture. Blitz or pulse the blender until the berries are combined into the mixture, but not completely blended in. This will take only 1 â 2 seconds, slightly more if you are not using a high speed blender. * Pour the popsicle mixture into a popsicle mold. Cover the mold and add a popsicle stick to each one. Freeze overnight. I was able to make around 8 popsicles, but this will depend on the mold you use. * Remove the popsicles from the freezer the next day. Ingredients Burger Tacos 1 lb ground beef 8 tortillas, flour 8 slices of cheese Salt Black pepper Big Mac Special Sauce 1/4 cup mayo 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp dill pickle juice 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard 1/2 tbsp sweet pickle relish Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Toppings Iceberg lettuce, shredded Tomato, chopped Dill pickles Instructions First prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl combine the mayo, ketchup, pickle juice, yellow mustard, and relish. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Optional: You can also add garlic powder and onion powder. Set aside. Next divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. They should be 2 oz each. Gently press one portion of the raw beef into each of the tortillas with your fingers. It should be completely flattened, or smashed into the tortilla. Season with salt and black pepper. Next heat up a large skillet or griddle, over medium-high heat.
