The Tribe Is Forever 🦁 ♾️ MACROS (4-6`) per serving: 183Cals - 9.5g Fat - 1Carbs - 20g Protein Ingredients: * 1/2 LB of Ground Turkey * 5 Eggs * 1/2 Cup of Egg Whites * 1 1/2 Cup of Spinach * 1/2 Cup of Reduced Fat Cheese * Chopped Bell Peppers * Chopped Onion * Diced Tomato * Kinder’s The BBQ Blend Seasoning * Light Butter 1. Add your turkey, bell pepper, and onion into pan and brown. Drain any excess oil then season well with your seasoning. Stir well then place to the side. 2. Add your light butter to a pan then toss in your spinach and sautee. Add your eggs & egg whites to a bowl then whisk. Pour into the pan with your spinach then scramble. 3. Been feeling sick the past couple of days. Quite literally came out of nowhere. Haven’t been able to workout and it highkey was getting me upset. Then I had to realize something. My late night sessions are only sparked by a need for growth and introspection. It’s how I process everything that’s overwhelming me and then…I come to my conclusion. I need to uphold my high ass standards and stop lowering them like I always do. I’m LITERALLY too good and above it all. If you can’t meet em…sorry? 👑🇱🇷🦁 The Workout (TRAIN TO FAILURE): Pull Ups 3x8-10 Landmine Rows 4 x 10 Close Grip Pull Downs 4 x 8-10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows 3 x 10 Barbell Curls 3 x 10 Alternating Dumbbell Curls 3 x 8-10 (Each Arm) Physique powered by PB & Js 🥸 My deficit is going well. Starting to see the holiday weight disappear as the muscle insertions and vascularity is returning. Still not at my PEAK but I feel in 2 months I’ll easily surpass it and continue surpassing it. The Tribe Is Forever 🦁 ♾️ MACROS per serving: (1 Thigh): 211Cals - 8.84g Fat - 6.33 Carbs - 28.63g Protein (2 Thighs): 395 Cals - 17.54g Fat - 6.33g Carbs - 55.63g Protein Ingredients: * 4oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs * Medium Chopped Cabbage * Chicken Broth * Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning * Lemon Pepper Seasoning * Blackened Seasoning * Chopped Bacon * Lawry’s Chicken Seasoning * Chicken Bouillon 1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. In an oven safe pan, pour in a little chicken broth. Season the broth with the Kinder’s, Lemon Pepper and Blackened seasoning. Add in your thighs then season those aswell. 3. Cover then bake for 30-45 mins or until done. (OPTIONAL: Remove cover then broil for 10 mins to brown) 4. Grab a pot then add in your chopped bacon. Once the bacon is done, remove bacon leaving in the oil, then toss in your chopped cabbage. Season with both chicken seasonings then stir well. 5. Cook for about 8-10 mins then add in a about 1/2 cup of broth. Stir well then simmer again until desired softness. Remove from heat then stir bacon back in. 6. A solid session and progress was made 👏🏾 Today’s Workout: Safety Bar Squats Leg Press Kettlebell Split Squats Leg Extension Calf Raises Current Thoughts 💭: Probably for the first time ever in 27 years and definitely in my adult life so far, I’m sincerely happy being single. I used to feel self conscious not being with someone or not on the road to marriage but I rather be happy and single than miserable with someone. I don’t complain about being single anymore or try to shoot my shot at anyone. Because that…feeling is gone completely, I just get to exist 🙂. But I figured out the problem is I simply overplay my part. I know I have my faults and am nowhere near perfect but the common theme is me doing the most out of a genuine place and getting nothing in return. I do everything and just want her. I don’t know how to contain my love, it’s always been all or nothing. Being that way with the wrong one can cause a coldness to grow in you and I don’t desire that. I will never be of the world. So now I do everything, for me. There’s no second guessing, no overthinking, no fear. I think when you over complicate it, especially when starting out, the journey becomes unnecessarily hard. Because it becomes too much to upkeep and if things become stagnant, you don’t know what to tweak to get the progress going again.
