·2-18How many times have you heard someone brag about losing x pounds in a minute... but then you see them a few months later and they gained it all back.... plus some bonus pounds.......😏 If anybody ever tells me they're perfect at this stuff... I assume they're either lying or they're a serial killer 🤣 There's NO POINT in doing a program you can't stick to. And in some cases.... it makes things worse (beyond extra pounds). ❌️ If you get burnt out after 2 weeks of counting macros/calories ✅️ you shouldn't be counting macros/calories. ❌️ If you feel like you're constantly frustrated about things you "can't eat"... ✅️ you need a different approach. ❌️ If we're always hungry and have no energy..... ✅️ tell your coach you're not a bird. ❌️ If a lot of changes at once is too overwhelming... ✅️ focus on 1-3 things at a time "Perfect" means whatever gets you to be consistent long term. And that can change over time. 80/20 82/18 Wine Wednesdays bath time Including that "one food that you can't live without" Etc.... It's about having realistic expectations for the changes you are making, with a good mix of pushing yourself while not setting yourself up for failure. Then maybe....
