·1-8So much in your head all the time. You can’t think straight. The constant sounds are so triggers. You crave peace. You crave quiet. You crave calm. Balance. Joy. I get it. Trust me I get it. For so many years I lived with 15 different songs in my head. All playing at the same time. The rattling in the background would drive me nuts. The constant thoughts I could never turn off. And let’s not forget how irritable I felt. But I promise you don’t have to live this way. Instead, I’m focusing on making small, sustainable changes that I can stick to all year long. I encourage you to ditch the crash diets or extreme makeovers - just gentle, consistent progress. This year, I’m embracing the Kaizen method - taking one small step at a time towards my goals. Whether it’s saving a little more, eating a bit healthier, or improving my relationships, I know lasting change happens gradually. Interoception is an important factor in developing effective self-regulation skills in children, teens, and adults. Many who experience challenges with self-regulation have underlying interoception challenges. This can lead to significant difficulties with emotional regulation and managing challenging behavior. ·2024-12-26Low registration does not recognize or process all of the incoming sensory information and you do not compensate by trying to gain more sensory input to meet their needs. You may seem uninterested, and inattentive to your surroundings. Therefore your jacket gets caught all the time. You stub your toe often. You miss calculate where the wall is. You cut corners short. Basically your bull in a china shop type of human. Simple cause you miss it. And I must admit before I rewired my brain THAT WAS ME!!!!
