'[The Prophet ﷺ 's] physique was finely-balanced [in perfect harmony and proportion]. His body was firm and full. His belly and chest were equal in size (flat stomach). His chest was broad and the space between his shoulders wide. He had full calves.' - Imam at-Tirmidhi’s ash-Shama’il an-Nabawiyyah (The Prophetic Traits) So before I hear any excuses... Being strong, healthy, in shape, with a good body/physique is from the sunnah And if you are overweight as a result of disobeying Allah's command to not be excessive and wasteful, because you've been overeating... It's time to make a decision that will benefit you both in deen and dunya Of course our Prophet ﷺ warned and advised us that the worst vessel you can fill is your stomach and if you must fill it than only 1/3 food, 1/3 water, leave 1/3 room for your breath So maybe you can apply the food part no problem But if you struggle with exercise or feel like you 'don't have time' to workout and eat healthy The Prophet ﷺ was even more busy than you are None of us, not even those who are practicing polygyny, have as many wives to take care of as the Prophet ﷺ did Yet you make excuses that your family takes up too much time Family does require a large investment of time but that's all the more reason you need optimal health and energy - to be able to handle all that responsibility instead of being tired, bloated, lethargic, weak, and burnt out all the time Same for your work and Ibadah The Prophet ﷺ would do more Ibadah than any of us And he was responsible for bringing the deen to the people, doing tons of work with his dawah and also had to take care of his financial responsibilities and give us the example of how the best man who ever lived provided for all of his wives and children In fact the Prophet ﷺ had many years of business experience So you have ZERO excuses my brother It's time to get in shape If you truly don't have time to figure health/fitness out on your own though... Don't worry I have good news for you My team & I have been doing this for 8+ years and have helped over 1000 clients + reached millions of people on social media Comment 'M3' to learn about our program iA!

Give yourself the edge in the last 10 nights - Take advantage of the blessed time of the morning hours If you can take advantage of the time of dua acceptance Allah has gifted us with 🎁 Especially on Laylatul Qadr You can truly get the most benefit out of Ramadan for both this life and the next, In Shaa Allah I know it’s tempting to just wake up at the last minute for suhoor - you’re tired and your body may be breaking down But the last 10 nights is the time to tighten your belt, so to speak, and push as hard as you can I know it’s hard to get it all done with you’re running a business or working a demanding career Plus you’ve got kids, tons of other demands and responsibilities But despite the adversity you and I face - once you know about the benefits of waking up for tahajjud You will not want to miss the opportunity Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah Almighty slowly draws near until the first half of the night has passed. Then, He orders a heavenly caller to say: Is anyone calling out that he may be answered? Is anyone seeking forgiveness that he may be forgiven? Is anyone asking that he may be given?” Source: al-Sunan al-Kubrá lil-Nasā’ī 10243 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Arna’ut From there I usually recommend staying up after fajr because the Prophet ﷺ used to ask Allah to put barakat in the morning hours And it is also narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever prays Fajr in congregation then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak’ahs, will have a reward like that of Hajj and ‘Umrah, complete, complete, complete.” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 586 Grade: Hasan (authentic) according to Al-Albani But if you need to sleep after that and your work schedule allows, you can catch up on sleep from there Make dua for the ummah, make dua for the end to the oppression that our people are facing all over the world especially in 🍉 And In Shaa Allah make dua for yourself as well, may Allah accept our duas and acts of worship and make those amongst those who make dua and have full faith, ameen!
