It feels like we have been renovating nonstop for the past 2, almost 3 years. Two houses in 3 years starting from nothing feels surreal... 🙌🏼 We have worked our butts off for this. Alot of you guys had concerns about the insulation--valid concerns, which we appreciate. But-- we have a plan. For the attic side, we are going to fill with loose-fill insulation. On the otherhand, we could've definitely put some insulation on the otherside, but we do have a second floor above it, and that part is sheetrocked already with insulation at that ceiling. Well when we started this house renovation in the middle of the winter, we didn't expect to get snow every weekend. I think it has snowed more this winter than it has in the past couple of winters combined. So, we rushed to get insulation in to save us from insanely cold temp & a wicked heating bill. (Spoiler alert: it was exactly what I predicted it to be LOL) But now we are keeping some warmth in, & the sheetrock coming next to these walls will seal the deal🙌🏼😊 #DIY #homereno #renovation created by Ty👟 with Ty👟’s original sound

This was a crazy surprise to get off work and see!! We were supposed to start together the next day, but as a surprise, Ty knocked out a large chunk of the demo while I was at work! At the end of the video, you can see we found some extra space in the ceiling which we are excited about.
