Medal Monday It is!! The @vaalmarathon was an incredible experience—though I’d be lying if I said it was easy. My last marathon was back in 2019 BC (Before Covid), and that one left me sick for a whole week. Heading back into it, I was full of nerves and seriously doubted whether I could still handle the challenge. By 37+ km, those mental demons really started creeping in 🤭😂—but I fought through and kept pushing! 😍 With the right training, club, nutrition, and coach, I conquered it! I’m still learning to listen to my body—taking it one marathon at a time, step by step. Passion, tears, joy, laughter, and triumph – we wrapped up the Alex Netbal League this past weekend. just believe a reel can’t capture it all, so I shared the moments as they were. The energy, the drive, the desire – all pushing our kids to dream big and believe in themselves again!
