INGREDIENTS: (Serves 2) Oat layer: 1 cup rolled or quick oats (gf) 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp maple syrup Ā½ tsp vanilla extract Caramel layer: 6 medjool dates (pitted) 2 tbsp almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Peanut layer: Ā¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts Chocolate layer: Ā¼ cup dairy free chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil RECIPE: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine and let sit while you prepare the other ingredients. 2. Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain the water, then blend the soaked dates with almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. 3. Roughly chop the roasted peanuts and set them aside for layering. 4. In each jar, add the oat mixture, a spoonful of date caramel, followed by a sprinkle of chopped peanuts. Repeat the layers: oats, date caramel, and peanuts, finishing with a final layer of oats at the top. 7. In a small heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. METHOD: 1. Rinse the Calrose rice in cold water, draining 3 times until the water runs clear. 2. Add 2 Ā¼ cups of water to the rice cooker pot, then cook according to the rice cooker settings. 3. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay the bacon on it. Bake for 25 minutes, then lay on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb extra grease. 2. Cook the hash browns according to package instructions. (I air fried mine at 400F for 15 minutes). 3. When the hash browns are done, divide the avocado slices among them on top. Then put a thin layer of sour cream, and sprinkle on some garlic salt. Crumble the bacon on top of that. Then, grate on the sharp cheddar, and top with scallions and red pepper flakes. This Spicy Whipped Feta Dip by is a creamy, savory dip that comes together in 5-minutes āœØ Recipe below INGREDIENTS: 2 (8-ounce) blocks drained feta cheese 1/3 cup heavy cream 2 cloves garlic (or regular honey) Hot honey 1/4 cup drained and finely chopped pickled hot cherry peppers Chili oil, (optional) Crushed Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes, (optional) Crackers, for serving Cucumbers, for serving Baby bell peppers, (for serving) RECIPE: 1. Crumble the feta into the bowl of a food processor along with the heavy cream and garlic cloves. Process until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
