·1-10Ep 14/100 Weightloss Recipes - Vegetables & Chickpeas Wrap Ingredients To make stuffing for 6 Wraps 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 230 gm boiled chickpeas 90 gm onions 130 gm carrots 60 gm mix bell peppers Salt & red chilli powder as taste 1/2 tsp Oregano & chilli flakes To make Wrap - 1 serve Take 1 Tortilla I am using @dempstersbakery Ancient Grain Tortilla and it’s good❤️ (not sponsered) 2 tsp Pesto or Mint Chutney Veggies - Lettuce, Tomato Slices Prepared Stuffing 2 slices of toasted tofu (Brush oil, pinch of salt & pepper on the pan & roast tofu from both sides) To prepare Stuffing, in a pan, add oil, onions & ginger garlic paste. Sauté until onions get translucent. The. Add carrots, salt & red chilli powder. Cover $ cook until carrots get tender. Then add mix bell peppers, chickpeas & mix well. Cook for another 6-8 min. Add oregano & chilli flakes at the end. To make a wrap, Take a tortilla, apply dressing, spread lettuce & the stuffing. Then add tomato slices, tofu & drizzle sone dressing over it. Ingredients 2 tsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions 3/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes Spices : 1/2 tsp degi mirch + 3/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder + 1/3 tsp turmeric powder + 1/2 tsp coriander powder + 1/4 tsp amchur powder & salt as taste 50 gm fat free yogurt 180 gm crumbled extra firm tofu, I am using from @sunrisesoyafoods (Not SPONSORED) Method In a pan, add oil + cumin seeds & paste. Sauté for few seconds and then add onions and sauté until translucent. Then add tomatoes and the spices, mix well and let it cook. Add 50 gm fat free yogurt, cook for another 4-5 min. Then add crumbled tofu. ·1-8Snack Right during Weightloss : No Sugar Energy Bites Ingredients 1 cup Almonds 2.5 cups Foxnuts 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp flax seeds 10-12 Pitted Dates Method 1. In a bowl, add pitted dates & enough hot water to cover the dates. Set them aside for 30-40 min. 2. Meanwhile, In a pan, add almonds & Foxnuts, Roast them 8-10 min on medium low flame, keep stirring in between. I have roasted pumpkin seeds & flax seeds with me. If you have raw, roast them too together for 4-5 min. 3. Add everything in a blender jar & blend to make coarse mixture. Then add pitted soaked dates & blend again to make dough. 4. Roll out & make either balls or bites like I have made. Make a small disc like structure, dig in the centre with thumb & press it, add shredded coconut there. These bites are absolutely perfect to have during Weightloss, specially for women.
