Pizza sandwich đŸ„Ș

I mean it just makes so much sense to turn pizza into a sandwich
You’ll need:
1 sourdough pizza dough - I made sourdough pizza dough using @alexandracooks recipe! I halved her recipe and ended up with 2 pizza doughs. This was my first time making pizza dough so I know it isn’t perfect 😇
- burrata
- basil pesto
- prosciutto
- rocket
- feta stuffed peppers

Method:

Preheat oven to 230C

Once your dough is ready to use, add oil as seen in the video, fold it over and bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Carefully open it up (it will be super hot) and fill with the fillings and enjoy!

Meal prep with me using @frank green new lunch range 💕✹ Meal prepping just got a whole lot more stylish with frank green’s new lunch range. Absolutely looove feeling organised and put together with this lunch kit and most importantly my food is staying fresher and tastier for longer. The lunch and stack containers are leak resistant, built to last, so convenient and versatile! And the lunch bag has a super generous capacity and is so well insulated, making it perfect for hot or cold foods. One of my favourite things to meal prep is this chicken salad for sandwiches (stored in frank greens gorg ceramic bowls) Here’s the recipe: (makes 6 - 8 serves) 2 cups roast chicken, roughly chopped 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped 2 small celery stalks, roughly chopped 1 small red onion, roughly chopped 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp sea salt flakes 1⁄2 tsp freshly ground pepper Method: Add all ingredients to a large food processor and pulse. You can pulse 4 - 6 times for a chunkier consistency or 6 - 10 times or more for a slightly smoother texture. Use in sandwiches, wraps, salads and as a high protein dip. Enjoy! #AD #mealprep #healthymealprep #foodstorage

Replying to @shellj0nes Google “im a foodie healthy caramel slice” and the recipe will pop up đŸ„° When I tell you I have had the energy and creativity of a peanut lately I mean it, but when I roughly threw together some ingredients to prep this caramel slice for post partum meal prep and it turned out so good I knew I had to write up a full recipe, film it and share it! This healthy caramel slice has no refined sugar and is made almost entirely from whole foods/minimally processed foods. Perfect for anyone who loves a sweet treat without refined sugar! I (aka you definitely don’t need to be pregnant to make these haha) Hope you love them and if you do please leave a review on the blog ❀ #healthycaramelslice #carameslice #sugarfreerecipes #sugarfreedessert

Crispy Pork Belly w/Roast Potatoes, Heirloom Carrots and Fennel. Served with Coke Zero Sugar, which is perfect for any festive occasion. This will be our last Christmas before we become parents! So we decided to have a little festive dinner just for ourselves to celebrate. Since Christmas is all about spreading kindness and joy, we wrote a special note to each other on our Coke Zero Sugar Bottles. This is a fun and easy way to spread some joy at your next festive event. Also, this Crispy Pork Belly recipe is perfect for any Christmas occasion! Ingredients: Serves 3 - 4 1 - 1.5kg pork belly Bunch of heirloom carrots 1 fennel bulb, cut into wedges 6 baby potatoes, halved 1 garlic bulb, cloves separated 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 1 - 2 tbsp chinese five spice Olive oil Sea salt flakes For the Apple Sauce Gravy: 1 cup hot water ⅓ cup apple sauce 1 - 2 tbsp chicken stock powder 1 - 2 tbsp plain flour Method: Let the pork belly sit uncovered in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight to dry out the skin (this makes for extra crispy crackling). Preheat the oven to 220C fan force. Score the pork belly skin, flip over, and rub 1 tbsp of olive oil, the chinese 5 spice and a decent pinch of salt over the meat. Flip over and rub another tbsp of olive oil and a very generous pinch of salt into the scored skin. Place carrots, potato, fennel, garlic and rosemary into a deep baking dish with a good drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss then sit the pork belly on top, skin side up, and roast in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes until the pork belly is super bubbly and crispy. To make the apple sauce gravy, add all apple sauce gravy ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and whisk until a thick sauce forms. You may want to adjust sweetness and saltiness by adding more apple sauce, extra stock powder or salt. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing up. Serve with the veggies and a good drizzle of gravy and enjoy! #ad #RecipeForMagic #NotesofKindness #RealMagic #CocaColaAU

Ingredients: - 1 large sweet potato, steamed - family bunch of broccolini - 2 carrots - 2 tins sardines in springwater - 200g organs - 1kg lean beef mince Then he gets a bone each week (i tried giving him chicken necks but he always tried to swallow them whole lol so larger, harder bones are better in my opinion) Makes about 2 - 2.5 kilos of food. We feed him around 300g a day (half for breakky half for dinner). It costs around $30 - $35 to make what i made in the video which lasts him about 7 - 8 days 😁 you can tailor this to your own dogs needs, add supplements or whatever else you want! Dennis’ coat has never been this shiny and we’ve noticed he’s losing way less hair too đŸ„°

Crispy Prawn Rice Paper Dumplings using the @Sunbeam Alinea Max DiamondForce 7.5L Air Fryer. I didn’t realise how badly I needed a new air fryer until I started using this Sunbeam Alinea Air Fryer. It’s extra extra extra large which is super handy, and I love that I can see how my food is progressing through the window, without having to pause cooking by opening up the air fryer. Also these Crispy Prawn Rice Paper Dumplings are the perfect dish for entertaining, I always make some kind of version of these for my friends and they’re always impressed. Makes: 6 Ingredients: 200g prawn meat 1 carrot, finely grated 1 spring onion, thinly sliced Ÿ cup cabbage, finely chopped 2 tsp ginger, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp sesame oil 12 rice paper sheets 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp chilli oil/chilli crisp 1 tbsp oil (any neutral oil or olive oil) Method: Chop up the prawn meat until it is a slightly chunky mince. Add to a mixing bowl along with the carrot, spring onions, cabbage, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Mix well to combine. Dunk a rice paper sheet into a bowl of warm water, lay on a flat surface/bench and scoop ⅙ of the prawn mixture into the middle. Wait for 60 or so seconds for the rice paper sheet to soften. Fold each side of the rice paper over the middle so you have a little parcel. The top side will have multiple layers of rice paper folded on top of each other, the bottom side will just have 1 layer. Dunk another rice paper sheet into the warm water and lay flat then place the parcel you just made in the centre of the rice paper sheet with the 1 layer side facing up. Fold each side of the rice paper sheet until the middle again. Repeat until you have used up all the rice paper sheets and prawn mixture. (refer to the video if needed). Brush the rice paper dumplings with oil on each side then place in the airfryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes at 200C. Mix together the chilli oil and soy sauce in a small bowl to use as a dipping sauce Allow the dumplings to cool for 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! #ad

google “I’m a foodie tunacado rice bowl” for the recipe ❀ Your new fixation meal and one of my most popular recipes. This twist on the basic tuna and rice is incredibly addictive. My favourite thing about this recipe is that it comes together in less than 5 - 10 minutes with precooked rice. Thought I would repost an old fave since I have been super inactive after finishing my 100 days series and being overseas đŸ€  #tunacado #ricebowl #tunaandrice
