Meal prep with me using @frank green new lunch range 💕✨ Meal prepping just got a whole lot more stylish with frank green’s new lunch range. Absolutely looove feeling organised and put together with this lunch kit and most importantly my food is staying fresher and tastier for longer. The lunch and stack containers are leak resistant, built to last, so convenient and versatile! And the lunch bag has a super generous capacity and is so well insulated, making it perfect for hot or cold foods. One of my favourite things to meal prep is this chicken salad for sandwiches (stored in frank greens gorg ceramic bowls) Here’s the recipe: (makes 6 - 8 serves) 2 cups roast chicken, roughly chopped 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped 2 small celery stalks, roughly chopped 1 small red onion, roughly chopped 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp sea salt flakes 1⁄2 tsp freshly ground pepper Method: Add all ingredients to a large food processor and pulse. You can pulse 4 - 6 times for a chunkier consistency or 6 - 10 times or more for a slightly smoother texture. Use in sandwiches, wraps, salads and as a high protein dip. Enjoy! #AD #mealprep #healthymealprep #foodstorage

·1-20Replying to @shellj0nes Google “im a foodie healthy caramel slice” and the recipe will pop up 🥰 When I tell you I have had the energy and creativity of a peanut lately I mean it, but when I roughly threw together some ingredients to prep this caramel slice for post partum meal prep and it turned out so good I knew I had to write up a full recipe, film it and share it! This healthy caramel slice has no refined sugar and is made almost entirely from whole foods/minimally processed foods. Perfect for anyone who loves a sweet treat without refined sugar! I (aka you definitely don’t need to be pregnant to make these haha) Hope you love them and if you do please leave a review on the blog ❤️ #healthycaramelslice #carameslice #sugarfreerecipes #sugarfreedessert

·1-19Crispy Pork Belly w/Roast Potatoes, Heirloom Carrots and Fennel. Served with Coke Zero Sugar, which is perfect for any festive occasion. This will be our last Christmas before we become parents! So we decided to have a little festive dinner just for ourselves to celebrate. Since Christmas is all about spreading kindness and joy, we wrote a special note to each other on our Coke Zero Sugar Bottles. This is a fun and easy way to spread some joy at your next festive event. Also, this Crispy Pork Belly recipe is perfect for any Christmas occasion! Ingredients: Serves 3 - 4 1 - 1.5kg pork belly Bunch of heirloom carrots 1 fennel bulb, cut into wedges 6 baby potatoes, halved 1 garlic bulb, cloves separated 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 1 - 2 tbsp chinese five spice Olive oil Sea salt flakes For the Apple Sauce Gravy: 1 cup hot water ⅓ cup apple sauce 1 - 2 tbsp chicken stock powder 1 - 2 tbsp plain flour Method: Let the pork belly sit uncovered in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight to dry out the skin (this makes for extra crispy crackling). Preheat the oven to 220C fan force. Score the pork belly skin, flip over, and rub 1 tbsp of olive oil, the chinese 5 spice and a decent pinch of salt over the meat. Flip over and rub another tbsp of olive oil and a very generous pinch of salt into the scored skin. Place carrots, potato, fennel, garlic and rosemary into a deep baking dish with a good drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss then sit the pork belly on top, skin side up, and roast in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes until the pork belly is super bubbly and crispy. To make the apple sauce gravy, add all apple sauce gravy ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and whisk until a thick sauce forms. You may want to adjust sweetness and saltiness by adding more apple sauce, extra stock powder or salt. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing up. Serve with the veggies and a good drizzle of gravy and enjoy! #ad #RecipeForMagic #NotesofKindness #RealMagic #CocaColaAU

·2024-11-26Ingredients: - 1 large sweet potato, steamed - family bunch of broccolini - 2 carrots - 2 tins sardines in springwater - 200g organs - 1kg lean beef mince Then he gets a bone each week (i tried giving him chicken necks but he always tried to swallow them whole lol so larger, harder bones are better in my opinion) Makes about 2 - 2.5 kilos of food. We feed him around 300g a day (half for breakky half for dinner). It costs around $30 - $35 to make what i made in the video which lasts him about 7 - 8 days 😁 you can tailor this to your own dogs needs, add supplements or whatever else you want! Dennis’ coat has never been this shiny and we’ve noticed he’s losing way less hair too 🥰
