Stephen Termini, who says he now wants to be known by his great grandmother’s surname Donnelly, was out for drinks on the night of 19 July 2023, when he was subjected to a serious assault by three teenage boys in the city centre. The third boy, who was 16 at the time, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of assault causing harm and was sentenced today to 20 months in detention.
