·2d ago Reason I don’t really do any shoulder pressing is because I go hard on incline pressing the day before so anterior delts already pretty fried. I want to put pretty much all energy into maxxing out the lateral head of the shoulder + rear delts, and been working preeeetty good so far #gym #fyp #shoulders
