Gets the job done 🫡 31g protein, 28g fibre 👌🏼 3 mini high fibre/ low carb tacos 1 whole egg 100g egg whites 30g avocado 30g Greek yogurt 1 tomato 2 Tbsp onion 2 Tbsp spring onion 1 Tbsp low sugar tomato sauce Heat tacos till warm and slightly golden. Whisk eggs and soft scramble in a non-stick pan. Combine avo, yogurt, s&p. Combine tomatoes, onion, s&p. Spread avo mix in tacos, top with eggs, tomato/ onion, spring onion, and sauce.
