·2023-9-21Are protein shakes good for fat loss ? - It depends on a lot of things - But in most cases you’d be better off with slightly less protein but more food eaten rather than drank - In other cases where protein shakes aren’t used as a meal replacement they can absolutely be a good addition - Just something to think about 👀

·2-21How to get core definition 👆 - The secret is simple in theory - A calorie deficit - But in action over a long period of time it’s hard - You’ll have to eat very little , and move around a lot - A calorie deficit with lots lots of water alongside lots and lots of protein can help - But it still doesn’t make it sustainable for most - Especially women

·2-19How to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks - Sacrifice is how - But remember the level of sacrifice might not be worth it - Because if it costs sacrificing what you love in life alongside sacrificing aspects of your mental wellness - Is being 10lbs lighter worth it ? - I’ll let you answer that one

·2-17How much fat you can lose in just one week ? - That’s with a 500 deficit - If you are counting the weeks until your “diet” is over it’s too hard - even if you are in a 500 deficit- increase your calories - Because the goal isn’t one week , two weeks a month or two months - Your habits , nutrition and health are forever and for everyone that looks different 👀
