Homeade Reeses PB Cups 🤭

Oatmeal base:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
-1/3 cup all natural peanut butter (I used crunchy)

Chocolate base:
-dark chocolate chips
-sea salt

Oatmeal base:
1. Blend your rolled oats until it becomes an oat flour consistency.
2. Add the honey & peanut butter to the oat flour.
3. Mix until fully combined.
4. Place the oatmeal base in each baking cup. (Mine are mini silicone baking cups from amazon)!
5. (Helpful tip: get your hands wet to prevent the oat base from sticking to your fingers) push down each oatmeal base into the baking cup.

Chocolate top:
1. Melt your daek chocolate chips in the microwave until the chocolate chips are fully melted. 2. You can add a bit of coconut oil to help the chocolate melt!
3. Drizzle each PB cup with chocolate until the oatmeal base is fully covered with chocolate. Use a spoon to make sure each cup is fully covered with chocolate
4. Place in the freezer until they harden. Approximately 30ish min.
5. Enjoy!

Ingredients: - 1 egg -35g rolled oats -1 serving protein powder (2 scoops whey protein isolate by Promix) -55g 0% fat Greek yogurt -50g almond milk or water -1 banana -1 tsp baking soda -Dash of vanilla extract -½ tbsp cinnamon Instructions: 1. In a blender, add the wet ingredients first: egg, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, banana, and almond milk (or water). Then, add the dry ingredients: rolled oats protein powder, and baking powder. Tip: For best results, add the baking soda after blending to prevent carbonation from causing the batter to overflow when you remove the blender lid. 2. Blend until the mixture forms a smooth, pourable pancake batter. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with avocado or olive oil to prevent sticking. 4. Pour the batter into the pan, forming small pancakes. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown. 5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings! I love adding peanut butter, maple syrup, blueberries, and blackberries. 6. Enjoy! HIGH PROTEIN COTTAGE CHEESE WRAPS Wrap Ingredients: -120 grams Good Culture Cottage Cheese -1 Egg -Basil -Garlic -Salt Greek Yogurt Sauce -0% plain greek yogurt -1/2 lemon squeeze -Chives -Garlic powder -Onion powder -Salt Toppings: -Hickory smoked turkey slices (trader joes) -Cucumber -Grape tomatos -Yellow bell pepper -Red onions 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheight. 2. Add your cottage cheese, seasoning of choice, and 1 egg to a blender. 3. Mix all of the ingredients together until fully combined. 4. In a 20x20 pan, add your parchment paper and then add the cottage cheese mix to the pan. 5. Bake for about 20 minutes. If you want your wrap crispy, you can put the oven on broil for a few mintutes. HOMEMADE BAGELS 12.5 grams of protein | 205 calories Ingredients: -300g organic whole wheat flour (I used the 365 Whole Foods brand) -280g 0% plain Greek yogurt (Fage brand) -Everything but the bagel seasoning -1 egg Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and flour. Stir until a dough forms, then knead for a couple of minutes until fully combined. Tip: If the dough isn’t coming together, wet your hands—it helps! 3. Divide the dough into six equal portions, then roll and shape each one into a bagel. 4. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 5. In a small bowl, crack the egg and whisk it. Brush the egg wash over each bagel until fully coated. 6. Sprinkle your seasoning of choice—I used Everything but the Bagel seasoning. 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 8.
