This is a time to seek Him first, align our hearts, and surrender our plans for the month ahead! 💛 ➡️ Choose your fast (Full day or 6 AM-6 PM) ➡️ Be intentional about spending time in prayer and the Word ➡️ Believe God for clarity, breakthrough, and renewal! 2️⃣ 75 SOFT CHALLENGE - CHRISTIAN EDITION (March 1 - May 15) ✨ We’re taking 75 days to grow in spiritual, physical, and mental discipline—without the pressure of perfection, but with a heart for consistency! ✔️ Spiritual: Daily time with God, worship, fasting, and serving ✔️ Physical: Moving our bodies and eating intentionally ✔️ Mental: Prioritizing self-care and journaling This is about strengthening our faith, deepening our relationship with God, and stewarding our temples well.
