For the next 111 (-3) days, I’ll be in my philanthropic era!!

I’ve signed up for the @hoka_au @runawaysydneyhalf 21km in May and have nominated @ruokanyday as my charity.

Unlike other runs I’ve done, which were lacking certain fundraising efforts, I’ll be donating $1 for every 2,000 steps I take between now and race day. Lucky for R U OK?, I do a lottttt of steps per day. And lucky for me, I get to do something good while doing something I love 🫶🏼

So I’ll be running with this page to share all the things I do to take care of my physical and mental health in an effort to try and raise some funds, inspire a little more self-esteem in everyone and have some fun along the way 🏃🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️👨🏽‍🦽🏊🏼‍♀️

I’m working on listening to my body. I’ve led myself to believe that the only way I am getting a good workout in is if I’m pushing myself to the max (can you tell I’ve injured myself??) I’m practicing taking it a little slower and giving myself the rest I need. But with that being said, daily movement is very important for me as it helps with my mental wellbeing and my focus throughout the day 💌 So this is what I got up to yesterday!
