It’s back to school and I thought I should share one of my favourite quick lunch fillers that I make for Sithelo that you can try for your kids for their Lunchbox. Sithelo and his cousins love Pizza and these pizza wheels are a life saver as they are quick to make, delicious and with only 4 ingredients that you already have in your kitchen and the (brand) puff pastry making things easier for us to prepare them. Here’s a lunch idea that will spice us your kids lunchbox and I challenge you to come up with an easy lunch box filler using Today’s puff pastry and share to join the conversation and other moms with their little chefs whip something out for their Lunchbox.
