Connect the Battery: Connect the LiFePO4 battery to the charger following the correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative). Double-check the connections to avoid short circuits.

Charge the Battery: Start the charging process and monitor the voltage and current. LiFePO4 batteries are considered fully charged when they reach around 3.6V per cell, which is approximately 14.4V for a 12V battery pack.

Charge Completion: Once the battery reaches its fully charged voltage and the charging current tapers off, the charging process is complete.

Discharge Test:
Load Preparation: Use a suitable load bank or electronic load capable of handling the battery's discharge current. The discharge rate is often specified in the battery's datasheet and is commonly expressed in terms of the C-rate (for example, 1C, 0.5C).

Discharge Voltage: Determine the cutoff voltage for the discharge test. LiFePO4 batteries typically have a nominal voltage of 3.2V per cell, so a 12V pack would be considered fully discharged at around 10V. However, for testing purposes and to avoid over-discharge, you might want to set a cutoff voltage slightly higher, like 11V.

Connect the Load: Connect the load to the battery, ensuring the correct polarity. Start the discharge test and monitor the voltage and current throughout the process.

Monitoring: Keep an eye on the battery voltage, current, and temperature during the discharge test. If the voltage drops close to the cutoff voltage or if the battery becomes excessively hot, stop the test immediately.

Discharge Completion: The test is complete when the battery voltage reaches the cutoff voltage or when the discharge current decreases significantly. Note the total discharge capacity in ampere-hours (Ah) for evaluation
