Pickled Chicken Feet

Ingredients:

Chicken feet (with nails removed and cut in half)
Green onions
Ginger
Cooking wine
Cold water
Minced garlic
Lemongrass
Onions
Fresh coriander
Vegetable oil
Rice vinegar
Sesame oil
Salt
Sugar
Sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Trim the chicken feet by removing the nails and cutting them in half.

2. In a pot, adding green onions, ginger, and a splash of cooking wine to remove any fishy smell.

3. Boil the chicken feet for 15 minutes.

4. Transfer the boiled chicken feet to a bowl of cold water to make them extra firm.

5. Add minced garlic, small chili pepper, lemon, chopped onions, and coriander.

For the marinade, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.

6. Let the chicken feet marinate for at least two hours.

Before serving, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Enjoy your tangy chicken feet.
