It’s a bowl where you take tuna, smash it together with avocado and a few toppings, garnish with your favorite fridge staples, and it’s so quick and easy! Is there anything better than a triple-decker tuna melt? Growing up, I always loved those little cocktail sandwiches—they were so much fun to make! @wildplanetfoods tuna is the absolute way to go, because it’s so delicious, high-quality and sustainably caught. You start by layering cheese, a scoop of tuna salad, a slice of mini rye bread, another scoop of tuna, and another slice of cheese. Then, just close it up and toast until the cheese is all melty and gooey. Finish it off with some crisp lettuce, a pickle, and, of course, a few marinated onions. So simple, yet so delicious. #wildplanetfoodspartner Ingredients: 2 5-oz cans Wild Planet Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil 1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion 2 T finely chopped chives 2 T chopped giardiniera 1⁄3 cup mayo 1⁄2 t mustard Salt Pepper 1 package cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread or 9 sandwich-size slices of thin-sliced bread 12 slices cheddar and 12 slices provolone Lettuce Pickle slices Marinated red onions Preheat oven to 250°F. Mix tuna with oil, celery, onion, chives, giardiniera, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. If using sandwich bread, trim crusts and cut to desired size. For cocktail sandwiches, cut bread into 2 ½-inch pieces. Layer cheddar (cut the cheese to fit the bread), tuna salad, rye bread, provolone, and more tuna salad on each sandwich. Spread mayo on top, then cook mayo-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Keep warm on a parchment-lined sheet in the oven. Once done, add lettuce, pickle, and marinated onions to each sandwich. Serve and enjoy.

These crispy, crunchy tacos are a game day must! They're amazing with a side of @mariesdressing Creamy Ranch for dipping and make for the perfect snack. I opted to make my own taco shells, but store-bought works just as well. Start with seasoned ground beef, then fill your shell with cheese, lettuce, green onion, tomato, avocado, and a drizzle of ranch. Don't forget my Marinated Onions on top! For the final touch, squeeze a bit of lime over everything and one more ranch dip for extra flavor. RECIPE 3 lbs ground beef Taco seasoning 24 taco shells 2 cups shredded mild cheddar or Monterey Jack Shredded iceberg Chopped tomatoes Sliced Avocado Marinated Red Onions @mariesdressing Creamy Ranch Dressing Lime wedges Add the ground beef to a pan over medium heat and season with the taco seasoning until beef is cooked through. Fill the tortilla shell with a couple heaping tablespoons of the cooked beef and top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and marinated red onions. Top with a generous amount of Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing! Serve with more dressing on the side for dipping and lemon wedges to squeeze over top. Delicious! Find how we made our own taco shells in the comments! #mariespartner

Here is a quick weeknight pasta I’m obsessed with! I’ve always loved @Wild Planet Foods tuna, but after being asked to do a taste test, I’ve discovered that I simply adore sardines. Sardines are a nutritional powerhouse! They are full of Omega-3‘s and have a mild flavor. I put together this easy weeknight dinner with refrigerator and pantry staples. It’s a must. RECIPE: 8 ounces cooked pasta 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/4 cup white wine 1/4 cup green pitted olives, halved 2 tablespoons capers 1 (4.4oz) can Wild Planet Sardines in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes or chili crisp Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish Handful grated parmesan, optional Directions In a large sauté pan, over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, butter, and garlic. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly brown. Add the wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to slightly reduce. Add the olives and capers, then stir to combine. Next, add the entire can of sardines along with the oil. Using a spoon or fork, gently break up the sardines. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, and using two spoons or tongs, toss the pasta carefully to avoid breaking it. Finally, stir in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Top with freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy! #wildplanetpartner

It’s January and it’s all about eating healthy deliciousness. I meal prep tuna salad and keep a jar in my fridge throughout the week. If you know me, you know I’m a tuna enthusiast and this tuna salad is beyond wonderful. I love @wildplanetfoods. What’s your go to healthy snack? TUNA SALAD RECIPE: 2 (5-ounce) cans solid white albacore tuna in spring water, drained well ½ cup finely chopped celery ½ cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives ½ cup mayonnaise ½ teaspoon yellow mustard Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons finely chopped giardiniera . INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure tuna is drained, almost dry. Using your hands, crumble the tuna in a bowl, leaving some bigger and some smaller pieces. (If using tuna with olive oil, don’t drain, crumble, and use less mayo) . Add the finely chopped vegetables, mayonnaise and the mustard, and mix. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the giardiniera. If you don’t have giardiniera, use chopped picked vegetables, an olive spread, or peppadew peppers. Cover and refrigerate.

I have a confession to make, which is that I have never tried a canned sardine! I was delighted that @wildplanetfoods reached out to me. When my favorite tuna brand asked me to try one on camera, I was excited and a little nervous. I already know that sardines are packed with amazing protein and Omega-3’s, and we know that wild caught is better for the planet. But here’s what I didn’t know: a sardine is absolutely delicious. You can use it whenever you’d use tuna.

This is the number one dressing you need in 2025. We’re sharing our top 10 posts of 2024 and this was one of them. Our Creamy Garlic Olive Dressing using my favorite @calripeolives is a viral Magic Elixir. It’s the perfect compliment to any of my beautiful salads. We have a dairy version, as well as a Whole30 version. It happens to make a fantastic vegetable dipping sauce, and I know a few people who enjoy dipping a spoon right into it— you’ll make it on repeat. Click link in bio to get the recipes. Would you like a spoonful?

Talk about a high protein snack. I absolutely loved making these chicken roll up bites. I just used whatever I could find in my refrigerator, and you can do the same! Layer a sauce, a few ingredients like a cheese, marinated onions, a green, or a jammy egg over thinly sliced chicken and dig in. I used my Sizzling Everyday Roasted Chicken Breast and one you make it, you won’t go back. What’s going in your version of this?

Granola is a kitchen staple that feels like a hug in a bowl— the combination of crispy, crunchy, and slightly sweet. Homemade granola is such a fantastic gift, and I love giving it to others. After trying the New York Times Eleven Madison Granola recipe, I perfected my own version in the nocrumbsleft kitchen. Now, I always have jars on hand. I’m practically known as the granola lady. I have to hide them around my house or people will simply take them they’re so delicious. It’s the perfect gift for hosts, doctors, nurses, anyone you want to thank. You can’t go wrong with a beautiful jar of granola!
