One of the most powerful points in the body is DU 16. It treats all diseases of the head.
If you press firmly underneath the occiput, you can make magical things happen like inducing euphoric hallucinations from stimulating the brainstem. 🙌

A little display of weirdness and how an energy stick works When you close a loop the energy stick will go off When two people touch, they’re not just making physical contact—they’re merging electromagnetic fields, syncing nervous systems, and transmitting bioelectric energy. An open loop leaks energy—unfinished exchanges, scattered intention, and disconnection. A closed loop completes the circuit, creating resonance, amplifying vitality, and enhancing the body’s innate healing potential. Conscious touch isn’t just connection—it’s an activation. A bioelectric handshake between two fields, tuning and charging each other like living batteries. Are your connections draining or generating energy? #energy #bioenergetics #energia

·2-20I’ve sat a Vipassana before, a 10 day silent retreat where you just sit and meditate.. crazy stuff happened, multiple childhood traumas got healed, healed some ancestral trauma, worked through serious back-pain, had crazy DMT releases during dreams and seen some enlightening visions. The itch, the urge to move, the burning pain, the throbbing pain, the anxiety, the twitch, all of it is the bodies “safety mechanism” that actually takes you away from feeling and healing trauma that lies within, every time we can sit still and resist the sensations that come up, we become closer to releasing pain and trauma from the body, every time we resist an urge to move we strengthen our resilience. If you sit through the burning pain, you will begin to heal from within ✨ You can’t see yourself in murky Waters, it’s only stillness when we can see clearly but yeah, this is what my brain was like today I drank too much coffee and I had a hard time dropping into anything deep. Tomorrow’s another day. No coffee only tea! #meditation #mindful #adhd #anxiety Funny video from @mentalhealthfunnies

·2-19How often do we treat between our ribs? Not enough probably There’s many amazing acupoints in the area, major liver, gallbladder spots and a point called spleen 21 (great wrapping) and it’s the only greater luo point on the body, when activated, it wraps around the ribs and boosts/nourishes all organs, releasing the intercostals and serratus muscles also is huge for breathing. Blessings! Key

·2-16Energy is everything!! The more attuned to energy you are, the more sensitive you become (the more you can feel) 💕 Shoutout to @acuproacademy I found this cool video from her IG page. Her YouTube helped me get through Chinese Medicine school. It’s always amazing learning from a knowledgeable and passionate teacher who can explain things fun and simply, she makes learning fun! Here’s her copy from the original post explaining the effects of touch and kissing according to science, Chinese medicine, and relegations to the Vegas nerve Boosts Emotional Bonding: Kissing releases oxytocin, the “love hormone,” deepening trust and affection. Gentle touch also increases oxytocin, promoting calmness and connection. Vagus Nerve Activation: Heartfelt touch and synchronized breathing stimulate the vagus nerve, helping regulate stress, improve heart health, and create emotional safety between partners. Chinese Medicine Perspective: - Physical touch harmonizes Qi in the body. - It aligns with the Wood element in Chinese Medicine, symbolizing growth and emotional nourishment. - It also connects the physical body to mental health through the Lung and breath exchange. Boosts the immune system through the touch connecting to the Lung as well. Health Benefits: • Lowers blood pressure & stress. • Enhances immunity & mood. • Supports glowing skin through improved circulation. Whether it’s a kiss, a hug, or a gentle hand on the heart, these small acts carry immense healing power-for both body and soul. (Especially if you are present and allow yourself to drop in) #touch #VagusNerve #ChineseMedicine

·2-12This therapeutic exercise requires a lot of trust, As the flyer you have to blindly trust lean and lay down, but with a stable base, this makes it easy and all you need to do is surrender and let go. As a base you can do a full back massage and get rotation in each specific vertebral segment by walking up and the spine, using your toes and heels. Also please use a spotter if you’ve never tried this before! Health is your greatest wealth!! Always have a great time on the magical platform at @eaglesnestatitlan Flyer @kenbren182 Spotter @bluuue_love #backmassage #acro #therapy

·2-10The He-sea points are located at the elbows and knees, they are heavy hitters! This is where massive energy inside the body travels (often blocked) and can be unleashed. Like a beaver damn blocking a river and breaking because it can’t handle the current. Release some pain points and enjoy the benefits! Comment ebook and I’ll send you a booklet I made on some amazing points :) including some he-sea points

·2-7Quick facts here we use the job way too much The masseter is pound per pound the strongest muscle in the body also one of the most overused This is one of the most high value areas to treat in the body Here’s a few benefits of treating your jaw 1. Improves Breathing & Sleep – A relaxed jaw supports better airway function, reducing snoring and improving sleep quality. 3. Enhances Posture & Alignment – Jaw tension affects the neck, shoulders, and spine. Treating it helps balance the entire body. 4. ·2-6It’s our nerves that give the muscles the juice to activate, when the nerves are compressed they are unable to work at maximum capacity, resulting in numbness, tingling, weakness, things like TOS and carpal tunnel in the upper limb. If you have any of these symptoms in the upper limb, stretch the tight areas from your neck to your hand and it will heal the problem! PS - if you’re interested in diving deeper into holistic health with me, join my online community with live classes and tons of prerecorded courses :) #tos #selfhealing #numbness #weakness

·2-4Do you want to help someone’s nervous system relax? Try rhythmic rocking and shaking It’s simple, put a hand on the sacrum and rock their body to a nice rhythm while you do muscle, squeezing and pressure points with the other hand This motion completely disengages the nervous system and put the body into a rest, digest, and recovery response. (we need to spend more time in this state) Try this for someone it feels absolutely amazing, just be careful cause they will be sedated. ·2-3I wouldn’t say massaging your fingers would heal you… but it can for sure help boost the function of related organs tho :) In Chinese medicine, each finger corresponds to a specific meridian and can help improve your overall well-being. Our Thumb: Supports lung health. Soothes sore throats, chest tightness, and relieves shortness of breath. Our Index Finger: Aids digestion. Relieves bloating and helps normalize bowel movements by stimulating your Large Intestine Meridian. Our Middle Finger: Calms the heart/spirit. Ease anxiety and improve sleep by focusing on the Heart Meridian. Our Ring Finger: Releases tension. Target the San Jiao Meridian to alleviate headaches and shoulder pain. Our Little Finger: Strengthens heart and intestines. Reduce palpitations and promotes relaxation through the Small Intestine Meridian. You practice these simple techniques whenever you need them, and feel better every day. Comment below if you have any questions, I will see you in my next post Nice video by @treatmentbylaurel #chinesemedicine #energy #qi

·2-2Spleen 3 is my favourite acupuncture point! It still works amazing with acupressure 😊 Press firm, try different angles to find the most tension, this is effective in moving undigested food and stuck chi and blood in spleen and stomach channels. When we boost our digestion and give our systems a break, we have more evergy to do whatever you want! #bodywork #selfcare #digestion

·2-1The kidney system is my favourite in Chinese medicine, the functions of the kidneys include storage of essence (life force), governance of water, bone protection, auditory regulation, reproduction promotion, and brain communication. By treating the kidneys you help all of these functions. If there is an issue with any of the above, hearing, bone, aging… it’s also kidney related.. PS - Massage course sale ends this week, if you want to level up your massage game, link in bio and use the code 100 😉 Have a beauty day legends! #selfcare #kidneys #love

·1-26There’s a saying in Chinese Medicine… When in doubt, treat phlegm!! Stomach 40 is the best point to treat phlegm in the body and a connecting point of the stomach and spleen channels, which makes it a digestion boosting powerhouse! Add this point in after a workout or massage for best results, it works really well when combined in to treatments! #chinesemedicine #phlegm #digestion #emotions
