A Weekend Must - Chocolate Chip Banana Loaf

Make this on a Sunday for happy faces all week! Use any nuts, chocolate or fruit left over and throw it into this cake!

Ingredients
140 Grams Soft Salted Butter
140 Grams Brown Sugar
2 Soft Bananas
140 Grams Self Raising Flour
2 Eggs
½ Tsp Baking Powder
150 Grams of Chocolate Chips/ Nuts or Fruit

Method
Start by mashing your bananas up with a fork until super mushy. Next mix in your butter and sugar until you have a smooth mixture.
Add in your eggs, mix, and then flour and baking powder and mix until you have a nice thick batter. Throw in your chocolate chips or any other fillings you fancy, fold them in and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Until you can stick a skewer in it and it comes out clean or press the top with a finger and it bounces back. Let it cool.
Slice and enjoy!
