So many of my American friends said I should try Sweet Potato Pie but we can’t get it here in the UK so I thought I’d make some and I wasn’t disappointed, they were absolutely bostin 🙌. Let me know what else I should make 🙏! Recipe quantities I used are 2 large sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled. Half a tin of condensed milk. Half cup of sugar. 2 eggs. Teaspoon of vanilla essence.
